How much does shipping cost?
We use flat shipping rate of $4.95 for shipping in US and for international shipping.

How long will it take to ship my order?
We process orders between Monday and Friday.
Orders will usually be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing. Please note that we don"t ship on weekends.

Orders placed in US can be expected to arrive within 7-15 working days.
Orders placed to all other countries can be expected to arrive within 15-20 working days.

My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier"s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

Modifying or changing an order
